Viktor Orbán – Prime Minister of Hungary
Sometimes it isn’t concern for one’s dignity that prevents us from parading around in our underwear so much as the desire not to catch a chill. That’s why Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán appears here in a scarf as well as his underpants.
Viktor must feel dwarfed by the incongruously large Hungarian Parliament Building where he usually operates fully clothed. At the time it was built, the Parliament was the largest in the world, as they clearly didn’t anticipate future premiers of such diminutive stature.
He now joins a host of other improperly dressed incumbents over here.
