Unlike other World Leaders we have featured, today’s guest model can hardly keep his trousers on. Il Cavaliere, as he is affectionately known (among those who know him affectionately) is generally considered something of a hero in the pants-down department. We’re left with no choice but to make him our tenth featured World Leader in Underpants. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s the Italian Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi.
We hope the beleaguered entrepreneur, seen here fondling a cherub, will use his charm to persuade some of the more reluctant heads of state to disrobe for your edification.
