Moving swiftly on from the notorious Colonel, today’s World Leader in Underpants is less well known on the world stage. Ricardo Martinelli, President of Panama. Frankly, I could find very little of interest about him during extensive research for this picture, but being dull does not exclude you from being portrayed without your trousers on, and I didn’t want to use up all the Kim Jong-ils in the first week. What can we say about Ricardo Martinelli? Besides his presidential role, he’s chairman of the board of a supermarket chain… He’s got nice pants.
