Leonel Fernández – President of the Dominican Republic
Not to be confused with the tiny island nation of Dominica, whose president, Roosevelt Skerrit, has already revealed his briefs, the Dominican Republic is the second largest nation in the Caribbean, after Cuba. It occupies the Eastern half of the island of Hispaniola, alongside Haiti, to the West.
Presiding over the site of the earliest European colonies in the New World, is Leonel Fernández, shown here, as you will have guessed, in his underpants. Having ceremonially dropped his trousers, he now joins Skerrit along with the other World Leaders in Underpants, some of whom must be very cold by now.
There, Leonel and Roosevelt can form a Caribbean double act, as they strut about explaining to poorly educated premiers the differences between their respective nations. Having established this, they can all have a good laugh about how little it matters when you’re not wearing a shirt.
