All right, all right, I’ve got some celebrity World Leaders lined up for you, but you’re going to have to be patient. For every Hugo Chávez, there are ten Ismail Omar Guellehs lined up in their underpants, and each and every one of them deserves their trousers-off moment.
So, today you’re being whisked to the Horn of Africa in order to enjoy Ismail Omar Guelleh, in his underpants. Their Prime Minister, Dileita Mohamed Dileita, may have legitimate grounds to feel snubbed given that like Russia and France, Djibouti operates a semi-presidential system. Both Ismail and Dileita are actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the country. I feel we can safely call Djibouti’s president Ismail, now we’ve seen him in his underpants. As for the Prime Minister, he conveniently has the same first and last name, saving me from accusations of over-familiarity.
