Igor Lukšic – Prime Minister of Montenegro
In 1976, gasoline throated blues legend, Howlin’ Wolf, and gutter-laughed smutmonger Sid James shuffled off their mortal coils. Meanwhile, in a mountainous corner of what was then Yugoslavia, Igor Lukšic was born. Today he is the world’s youngest head of state.
Despite appearing here in his underpants, the puppyish prime minister of Montenegro does own, and is more-often-than-not seen publicly in long trousers. However, Wikipedia notes (perhaps erroneously) that his favourite film is global toy franchise, Star Wars, and his favourite band is sweaty British tight-wearers, Iron Maiden, notable for their appeal to boys who’re still scared of talking to girls.
Montenegro shares its leader’s youth, having only gained independence in 2006, as little Igor was turning thirty. He now joins the big girls and boys of World Leaders in Their Underpants here. Play nicely.
